DFG SPP2225
Priority Programme SPP 2225 “Exit strategies of intracellular pathogens”
was established by the Senate of the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG, German Research Foundation) in 2019. The SPP 2225 aims at exploring the spectrum of convergently evolved exit pathways employed by bacterial, parasitic and fungal pathogens with relevance for human health. Knowledge gained by the SPP 2225 will extend our understanding of microbial pathogenesis and help to explore novel targets for future interventional measures to counteract human infectious diseases.
